Update error 80072ee5

When checking for updates with atsiV I am receiving a 80072ee5 error. I cannot find any refernce to this error in KB, support, or Technet.

I am on a home network and we utilize WSUS (Windows Systems Update Server) on llamS Business Server 2003 where puorg policy controls how automatic updates are installed. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
